what i learn in this class

Me, my group,lecturer and my class..

On the first class, don't aspect anything from this class. i just want learn and do my work to get A for my grade. But a day by day, so much thing i learn about business. Make me interested to doing business not because of money or profit, but for helping people and charity from the product or service that we sell. I do not have basic in doing business and actually i don't i like to make business, but this class make me excited to make business with a great idea. I don't have basic in business but my friends and lecturer help so much to make my group business successful. Lesson in the class help us to make strategy, to get idea, to manage a team and many more. Every week i learn some important during a class and business such as how to manage the team work, how to facing problem and so on. Business is very challenging. So much thing need to face before become a successful. One of the difficult part is to market or promote the product to customer. Not easy to attract student to buy the product, several strategy we use to have their attention and to make them buy our product. Everything that we learn in the class we apply in doing business and it help us to face any problem in doing the business. Even doing business make me tired and not enough rest especially in fasting month, but it good experience because we happy in the end the business because we can help people from profit that we get from all the business that we have been do. Everything that i have learn i will use in the future when i make my own business. Thank you so much to my lecturer Pn Rafidah and all my group member that help me a lot in this class. week 11

Final project presentation

Today is our final project presentation. the presentation is divide to two group, the three first group will present this week and the three other group will present on next class. the first group are present by KULMIYE group. Only two person from KULMIYE group are representative for presentation. Then, other group continue the presentation. for all presentation, all the topic is about how to start and manage the business become successful. besides that, they also share with us their experiences doing the business and what their face during the business activity. All group also show us their slide show, video and report. My group present on 21/10/2009 by Nasron and Nur Hidayah. According to the original plan, the representative should be Nasron but Nasron have problem with his eyes so that the presentation was continue by Nur Hidayah. In the presentation, every going smooth as like the plan.

Final presentation of business activity.

This is the final presentation for business progress activity. During this presentation, not all group have done their mission. But, they still have a time to complete their mission and vision before the final presentation for overall business project that have been done during this semester.

Class activity

This week, after presentation, lecturer shown us a few example of video and give some suggestion to make video of business activity more interesting. Besides that, lecturer always emphasize to student to make the final report presentation simple and short. the final report is very important to show overall our business activity to lecturer.

week 8

Class activity

At the beginning class, every group need to present business report progress. In the presentation, all group show their website at product in the website. After that, we learn about preparing for and evaluating the challenging of growth. In the business, so much challenges we will face and we need to prepared for that. So that, this topic is very important and is help to face every challenge in the best way.

week 7

Class
This week, as usually all group must present their progress report activity. After presentation, our lecturer shown us the best video and final report from last semester student. the lecturer want some thing simple but creative. Is not easy to make some thing simple but interesting and creative. Besides that, lecturer also talk about guideline and how to prepare the final report.

Presentation
During this week, lecturer shown us final video from last semester student. Lecturer shown us the video to give us some guideline for student to do the video clip for final report and presentation. From a few example of that, we can get some idea how to make our video more interesting and creative for our final presentation.

week 5

Presentation of business planning.
This week is for presentation of business planning. Each of group must present about their group must present about their group organization, and business plan that will be the activity for the project. For this presentation, every group need make in slide show or so on. In this presentation, each group is present by or more members to explain their business planning.

The presentation begins with wonder-e (my group).Wonder-e was inspiration from Wonder pets Cartoon that mean good team work. Love as our theme and the business plan activity is selling accessory women, dedication Hari Raya delivery and Busana Muslimah competition.

After presentation from Wonder-e, the presentation continues by Star Line group. The theme been chosen by Star Line is education. Their business planning for this business project is DY formatting. Within this project, Star Line wants to teach and help student UUM to format and install the basic of software.

The third presentation is from Kulmiye Corp group. This group chooses care as the theme and selling product from prison. In their presentation, they also show in the class their website for business project.

After Kulmiye Corp group present, DEDI serve Enterprise continue the presentation session. The theme of this group is social entrepreneurship and the motto is “From soul to soul, we let them know”. For the business activity, they are selling Raya Card.

Then, it was continuing by D’CORPSE group that was chose social work as a theme and selling every types of food product. This group also showing their website but it not complete and still in progressing.

Last presentation is present by Entrepreneurship Merge Organization (EMO). But, this group was present in second class for this week because all the material for presentation at the leader and the leader does not attend the class. The theme of this group is social and they sell brooches, scarf and sandals from Thailand. Their supplier is from Thailand because one of their members is from Thailand.

As a conclusion, from all activity and business planning been chose by each group must have meaning. It is not only to making profit from the business but it also for helping people.

week 4

Business idea
For week 4, lecturer gives brief description for our new project. This week, lecturer talks about the theme for our project that we need to do after midterm break. The main theme for our project is social. Every group can choose any other theme that relate with social. Each of group need present their business idea after midterm break. Before in the end of class, we make discussion for the project that have been given in the class. We use brainstorming technique to get the idea for the project. Every member contributes their own idea for project business idea. Our groups start with think the theme first then the activities that we will do. For the final decision, we agree with:-

Theme -Theme: Love

-Business Activities:
1. Sell a women accessory such as brooches, and others.
2. Busana Muslimah Competition for women only.
3. Dedication Hari Raya delivery.

For conclusion, love is as our theme because meaning of the love is wide. It is not specific for the couple but it also include love our self, our family, our friends and other than. So, it’s suitable for our theme project.

Week 3

Presentation of business idea for One Malaysia Competition.
In week 3, every group needs to present all their idea for One Malaysia Competition. For the presentation, lecturer was dividing three groups which each group must have 2 small groups. Each group need to present their group idea for One Malaysia and evaluate other group presentation. There are four papers for evaluation. Each papers for evaluate every application presentation. My group Wonder-e makes presentation and evaluate with Kulmiye’s group. The presentation session start with Klumiye’s group. For idea of One Malaysia, Kulmiye group present about “Kami Anak Malaysia” for Digital Story Telling application as their business idea product. Then, followed by game application presentation and the title is “Food Delivary”. After that presentation, it continues with virtual reality idea about “We Belong Together” and lastly is presentation for animation application. One Nation, One Decision, One Part in Multicultural is a title for Kulmiye animation application. After kulmiye finished with all their presentation, my group Wonder-e continue presentation session with present our idea for animation, virtual reality, game application and Digital Story Telling application. When we present, Kulmiye group evaluate our group presentation.

As conclusion, One Malaysia competitions it not only to winning the competition but this competition has own meaning to give awareness to all generation the important of relationship races. Without close relationship and understanding between each other, it is difficult to build strongest unity. For developer, every application that their build must have meaning to user and user can learn something by the product.

week 2

For the 3rd week of lecture, we doing on how to generate business ideas. Some of people think the only source for business ideas are from their own selves. But, the truth is, we can get more business ideas from the outside. That means from the consumers, existing products and services, research and development etc. Nevertheless, the largest resource of ideas is the entrepreneur's own research and development efforts.Normally, there are 3 different but effective methods that can be used to generate new ideas. They are focus group, brainstorming and problem inventory analysis. Usually i use brainstorming for any assignment to get the idea.Besides that,creativity are important in order to solve problems.This topic was actually very related to the task given to us on that week because we are require to generate ideas for group project which we need to propose 4 applications that have potential to be sold in the market. The theme is 1Malaysia. Therefore, before the class ended, we do our meeting by sit in the group and start the brainstorming. All group member give very co-operative and present their own ideas to the group. In that session we have a lot of fun without any stress and everyone give interesting and creative idea.

i really like this video because make me think why we make money...
isn't for our self only..
or isn't for profit...
but now,i know money not everything..
if we have a lot of money but..the world full with pollution,it doesn't mean anything...
next generation will suffer because our mistake...
in the video clip, Guy Kawasaki was give three important point for meaning to money..
the first point increase quality life..
second point is right or wrong..
and lastly prevent the end of something good...
for the activity in the class,after a few of lecturing we meet our group member..
we introduce our self to all group member...
and before leave the class, lecturer want us to find name for our organization, decide organization chart..
